Engineered for precision wire/cable processing lines handling Ø0.3–4.5mm diameters. This wire pay-off system excels in fine wire drawing, control cable production, and sensor wire manufacturing. Delivers stable tension for high-quality output in applications demanding exact wire control. Supports spools from Ø300–500mm (400kg max).

Motorized shaft drive (0.2–1.5kW) with dynamic braking. Pendulum-type tension arm (0–2000gf) adjusted via sliding weights and closed-loop control. Manual spool loading with hand-tightened taper nuts. Integrated wire-break auto-stop safety. Features dual-configuration Ø120mm cast iron guide wheels (3+2 grooves) for durability.
