1. Machine Overview
The 1600 PLC Single Twist Machine without traction wheel is specially designed for electric vehicle charging cable production.
It handles multi-core cables with configurations such as 2×70mm² + 35mm² + 2×4mm² + 2P(2×0.75mm²) + 1P and smaller, providing high stability, precise pitch control, and efficient production for large cross-section wires.

High-capacity machine for large cross-section cables up to Φ40mm outer diameter.
Fully adjustable twisting pitch from 70 to 700mm for maximum flexibility.
Equipped with high-power motors and advanced PLC control for automated operation.
No traction wheel design; main drive to take-up is differential-driven, ensuring stable pitch and consistent winding.
Multi-size pay-off support with active de-twisting pay-off units (Φ1000, Φ800, Φ630).
Integrated safety and protection system including line break detection, platform position sensors, and emergency stops.
Smooth speed ramping for precise meter counting and reduced mechanical stress during start/stop.
